What is a coaching session like?

Coaching Sessions are 45 minutes and designed to meet you where you’re at. It’s a collaborating partnership that empowers you to move forward. Here’s what you can expect in a typical session:

Do I have to have a Diagnosis?

No diagnosis is required.

You don’t need a formal ADHD diagnosis to benefit from coaching. I’m a certified life coach first, with specialized training in ADHD. Whether you suspect you have ADHD, relate to the challenges it presents, or are simply looking for better strategies to manage your time, focus, or follow-through—I’m here to support you.

Coaching is about helping you move forward, not labeling you.

How do I know if I’m ready for coaching?

Coaching works best when you're ready to show up with curiosity, honesty, and a willingness to grow. Real transformation happens in the space between sessions—that’s where the insight, practice, and learning really take root.

If you're ready to collaborate, reflect, and take action, you’re ready for coaching!

Do you work with AUDHD?

Yes. Although I’m not specialized in this area, I have some experience working with AuDHD clients.

Do you work with People outside the us?

Yes!

commitment terms?

Coaching is billed monthly, and there’s no long-term commitment—you’re welcome to pause or stop at any time.

Weekly sessions are recommended, especially during the first couple of months. This consistency helps build momentum, reinforce new strategies, and create lasting change. As your goals evolve, we can adjust the frequency to fit your needs.

Do you accept insurance?

Not at this time.
